US domestic shipping

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing and verification and an additional 5-7 business days for ground shipping or 2 business days for 2-Day Air delivery.  Please allow 1 additional day for orders made after 5 PM EST.  If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us at support@hyngofficial.com and we will do our best to track your order for you

International shipping

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for order processing and verification and an additional 10-12 business days for shipping.  Please allow 1 additional day for orders made after 5 PM EST.  If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us at support@hyngofficial.com and we will do our best to track your order for you.

Pre-Order

 
All pre-orders ship within 30-45 days or after the date your order was placed. For more info please review the terms of the program. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to an additional 14 business days to be shipped.  Please note, orders can and may arrive earlier that the time period listed above.
 

RETURNS

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original packaging. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipment in the U.S. Before sending the item back, please contact us at support@hyngofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.  Packages sent without first contacting HYNG will not be accepted.  Final sale items cannot be returned.
